Hockey India Invites 39 Members Ahead of Hangzhou Asian Games for National Coaching Camp.

Hockey India has announced a 39-member core probable group for the men’s national coaching camp, which will be held from August 21 to September 18 in Bengaluru.

The camp is being organized in preparation for the upcoming Hangzhou Asian Games, which will be held from September 23 to October 8 in China.

The list of players includes a mix of experienced and young players. The experienced players include Manpreet Singh, Hardik Singh, Vivek Sagar Prasad, and Dilpreet Singh. The young players include Abhishek, Shilanand Lakra, and Pawan Rajbhar.

The camp will be conducted by the newly appointed chief coach of the Indian men’s hockey team, Graham Reid. Reid is a former Australian hockey player who has coached the Australian and South Korean national teams. He is known for his attacking style of hockey.

The camp will focus on improving the players’ fitness and skills. The players will also be put through a series of tactical drills. The camp will culminate in a practice match against the Indian junior men’s team on September 18.
